Return Policy

Due to the nature of my products I do not offer refunds.

For exchange eligibility approval, please contact me within 2 business days of receiving your product. Your item must be unused, and in the same condition as you received it. Item must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipment fees, and shipping fees for new replacement items. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
I replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send me an email at adornedbycherice@gmail.com for further instructions. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval, or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment. Bank/Credit Card processing times may vary.
